Turati idrofilo began as branch of a spinning mill in 1892. In January of 1997, the company decided to continue manufacturing on its own. In addition to the traditional production, a new technology called "water-jet" was developed that is 100% hydro-entangled cotton wool. With this innovation, it became possible to produce an extremely resistant, soft, absorbant, light-weight cotton wool tape, but without a trace of "hair".
Thanks to our modern equipment, professional experience and unique producing system we were able to develop a product of the highest quality and flexibility, and quickly reach an export output of 70%.
All the items are produced in accordance with directive 93/42 EEC and by italian laws in force (E.P X Edition - D.LGS 194/99).
